All intellectual property related to VBCommand, including the application itself, remains the exclusive property of Fire Command LLC. By accessing and using this emergency incident management application, available at firecommand-virginiabeach.web.app, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with the Privacy Policy govern the relationship between you and Fire Command LLC. Description of Service

VBCommand is a tool designed to support emergency incident management. It provides real-time resource management, communication tools, and other key features. The application is intended to assist in the organization and management of emergency response efforts but is not a substitute for professional judgment and decision-making by qualified incident managers.

License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these terms, Fire Command LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the application for your personal or internal business purposes, strictly in accordance with these terms:

• You shall not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, reproduce, publish, license, or create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, or services obtained from the application.
• You shall not use the application in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any server or the networks connected to any server, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the application.
• You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the application, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to any server or to the application through hacking, password mining, or any other means.
• You shall not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the application.

Account Sharing Policy
